FTP

Printmatrix FTP Uploads

We now offer an FTP site to allow our clients and suppliers to securely upload files to our servers.

If you have FTP at present all you need is the site and login details, if you haven't used FTP before you can use your internet browser to access the system - see our short instruction sheet for further details.

Or use the link below to download the Bulletproof software if you want to purchase software to do this.

Mac users can download Classic FTP from the Apple Downloads site. This is a very simple program to use.

You will need to contact our design department to obtain your secure login and password for the system.

Once you have this you will have access to your own secure storage on our servers and be able to upload files accordingly.

Please note that if you are sending files that have been originated on a MAC you may need to add file extensions to the file name, i.e .qxd for Quark files etc.

Please name the files and folders appropriately and inform us by email of the work being sent.

(Note Bulletproof is available on trial for 30 days after which there is a small cost. Other software is available on the web at no cost. Also if you use Stuffit there is an FTP option available in the software.)
